Guildford Skatepark

Ive only got the pic of Gford from the old site at the moment, so bare with me.

Since this photo, Guildford has had a major redevelopment. Firstly the far end of the mini has had its deck extended out to twice its original size, and the quarter, bank and driveway were resurfaced. The grindbox on the floor is now gone.

The street course has now been extended out, into the field towards the camera. It now has a flat hip on the other side of the original driveway.

The quarter on the right has been extended along and features an 'esculator' which drops from around 7 ft to 3 or 4ft. On the other side the flat bank has been extended, also with an 'esculator,' and a small quarter embedded in the middle.

A very small, transitioned driveway has also been added, as well as two 'pump bumps' which have a sloped grindbox between them.

The whole park is made of wood, but the new part is a much poorer quality wood than the original. Also, every lip has a 3mm piece of metal over it which IS NOT countersunk, and has proved to be a nuisance, to skaters mainly.

A new photo and layout will be uploaded soon, I promise.
